Geka has developed a few Geka Tutorials to assist our customers in replacing some of the parts in our hydraulic ironworking machines and CNC solutions. Customers may acquire all the necessary replacement and spare parts directly from Geka — including replacement shearing blades, replacement punches and dies, and replacement press brakes — which are very easily changed in a matter of minutes by an experienced operator following these step-by-step tutorials.
Our replacement parts are available in standard shapes and also in custom-made shapes and sizes through our technical support service. The replacement process is the same for all of them and can be done by using the following tutorials as a reference. Each tutorial details the process step-by-step and features a video at the end, to be used as a visual guide.

This tutorial will show you how to replace the shearing blades in the shearing stations of our full range of hydraulic ironworkers and CNC lines. Using different blades will enable your machine to cut and shear in different standard profiles (including round and square bars, T-profiles, and UPN profiles) and custom- made profiles.

A step-by-step tutorial showing you how to replace the press brake in the punching stations of the models in Geka’s Hydracrop Series of two-cylinder hydraulic machines and Puma Series of punching machines.

This tutorial will take you through the process of replacing the punches and dies in our hydraulic ironworkers and CNC lines. Different punches and dies are available from Geka that enable your machine to work on materials of different kinds and thicknesses and in different shapes.

Note: for further information on how to perform these replacement procedures, operators may always refer to the Geka instructional manual, which is available for all of our machine models. Our technical support service may also assist our clients with any doubts or issues that may arise while replacing these parts.
