Punching tools and accessories for Geka’s hydraulic punching machines
Standard punching equipment:
this equipment allows our ironworkers to punch different kinds of materials of varying thicknesses. Working with our range of punches and dies allows the standard punching equipment to punch in several standard shapes and we can also provide you with custom punches and dies.
Oversize punching unit tools for up to 4′′ diam.:
for cutting geometric figures, that circumscribe on a diameter of up to 4”, on flat surfaces.Oversize punching unit tools for up to 6” diam.:
for cutting geometric figures, that circumscribe on a diameter of up to 6”, on flat surfaces.
Tools for punching at the end of tubes:
these punching tools can be mounted on the Hydracrop Series of Geka ironworkers. They allow the machine to punch at the end of tubes and it comes in different sizes to punch tubes of different diameters.
Punching unit UPN tools:
substitutes the lower base of the standard punching machine for a narrower one, allowing for the punching of UPN profiles.
Laser positioner tool for punching:
has two linear lasers integrated in the punching stripper, providing more accuracy in punching operations.
Flip-stop tool for punching:
It allows to make cuts of equal length automatically.
Multi-stop table tools:
