Hydraulic ironworker machine with a specialized use in cutting angles at 45º

The Geka Multicrop metal working machine is the most versatile out of the three models of Geka single-cylinder hydraulic ironworkers. It offers all the features as the Minicrop model but with the addition of a special station for cutting angles at 45º, on angular profiles leg in and leg out. Its punching power is of 50 US tons.

The Geka Multicrop metal working machine can also be acquired in a 220V Single Phase version. Geka optional peripherals and tools are also available to be mounted on the machine for performing a wide range of ironworking tasks.

Multicrop Hydraulic Machine Main Features

Standard blades for cutting angles
Cutting of round and square bars
Cutting angled sections at 45° on both inside and outside facing legs (the only Geka single-cylinder model with this capability)
Rectangular notching station with precision machined worktable and scaled stops
Flat bar shearing stations with a graduated table marked with degrees and two guide bars. The shearing blades have a unique radial geometry that minimizes the deformation of material.
The machine may also be equipped with optional peripherals, depending on your manufacturing needs.
