Geka Hydracrop Series of two-cylinder ironworkers
Any ironworker machine in the Hydracrop Series may be utilized by two operators at the same time. These machines feature five tonnage levels and five workstations for punching, notching, flat bar shearing, angle cutting and round and square bar shearing.
Each model comes in two versions: an S version and an SD version with a deeper throat for larger plate and sheet metal applications.
Optional equipment and punching profiles may also be used with the Hydracrop machines. Our technical support service can help you choose the most adequate accessories to suit your needs.
Geka Hydracrop 55/110
This hydraulic ironworker machine has a punch cylinder with a punching power of 60 US tons and also offers a shearing power of 110 US tons.
Geka Hydracrop 80/150
Hydraulic ironworker featuring a punch cylinder with a punching power of 88 US tons and a shearing station capable of shearing angles at 90° with a shearing power of 150 US tons.
Geka Hydracrop 110/180
This Hydracrop model has the capability of punching with a punching power of 120 US tons and of shearing 90° angles with a shearing power of 180 US tons.
Geka Hydracrop 165/300
Among its five work stations, this ironworker includes a punching station capable of making punching operations with a punching power of 185 US tons and a shearing station that can shear angles at 90° with a shearing power of 300 US tons.
Geka Hydracrop 220/300
With a punch cylinder with a power of 240 US tons, the Hydracrop 220/300 offers the most punching power in the series. The machine’s shearing station is able to shear angles at 90° with a shearing power of 300 US tons.
