Geka ironworkers with one hydraulic cylinder for punching and shearing angles and profiles
Geka has three models available of hydraulic ironworkers with just one hydraulic cylinder: the Microcrop, Minicrop, and Multicrop models. The Microcrop ironworker machine features a small hydraulic cylinder and three workstations for punching, shearing flat bars, and for cutting angles. The Minicrop and Multicrop models have an additional fourth workstation for notching.The Multicrop has a further, specialized application for cutting angles at 45°. It has all the same features as the Minicrop model but includes an additional angle shearing section for cutting angles at 45°, leg in and leg out.
Microcrop Hydraulic Ironworker
The smallest out of the three Geka models with one hydraulic cylinder. It includes three work stations —for punching, shearing flat bars, and cutting angles— and a punching power of 40 US tons.
Minicrop Hydraulic Ironworker
It features all the workstations found in the Microcrop model plus a fourth station for notching. The Minicrop model has a punching power of 50 US tons.
Multicrop Hydraulic Ironworker
The Multicrop model has all the same features as the Minicrop but it has a specialized application in cutting angles at 45°.One Cylinder Ironworkers main features
